Slab Gate Valve

The flat gate valve is a sliding valve whose closing part is a parallel gate. The closing member can be a single gate or a double gate with a spreading mechanism in between. The pressing force of the gate to the valve seat is controlled by the medium pressure acting on the floating gate or floating valve seat. If it is a double gate flat gate valve, the expansion mechanism of the two gates can supplement this pressing force.

Product Description:

main feature

1. The valve seat adopts an O-ring seal and a floating valve seat structure with preload force, so that the inlet and outlet of the flat gate valve are sealed in both directions; and the opening and closing torque of this structure is only 1/2 that of ordinary valves, it can easily open and close the valve

2. When fully open, the channel is smooth and straight, with extremely small flow resistance coefficient and no pressure loss. The pipeline can be cleaned by using hair balls.

3. Use a self-sealing valve The packing structure does not require frequent adjustment, is extremely light to open and close, and has reliable sealing performance. The stuffing box is equipped with an auxiliary sealing grease injection into the structure, the sealing performance is absolutely reliable, and truly achieves zero leakage; it solves the problem of leakage at the packing of general valves.

4. When the flat gate valve is closed, it can automatically remove the high pressure in the inner cavity, ensuring safe use.

5. Fully enclosed structure, protective performance Good, can adapt to all-weather requirements.
