V-type ball valve is a rotary ball valve with variable notch area to adjust fluid flow. It adopts a spring loaded movable valve seat structure. The valve seat and the ball will not get stuck or separated. It has reliable sealing and long service life. When fully opened, the flow capacity is large, the pressure loss is small, and the medium will not deposit in the valve body cavity.
The flow characteristics of the V-ball valve are approximately equal to 100%, with a wide adjustable range and a maximum adjustable ratio of 100:1
There is a shearing effect between the V-type notch ball and the metal valve seat. When the medium contains fibers, solid particles or slurry, the V-type notch ball valve will not be stuck, and good sealing performance will still be guaranteed. The eccentric ball valve and ball structure can reduce self wear.
T Type and L Type.
It is used for switching the flow direction of media, and can connect two mutually perpendicular channels.
Used for media diffluence, confluence and flow direction switching. T-type tee can connect three channels or two of them.
